Distinguishing Characteristics: Large tattoo of the Virgin Mary on his left forearm.
Clothing: Green hoodie sweatshirt and t-shirt, sneakers.
Transportation: Frequent user of the SEPTA Paoli line between Philadelphia and the Berwyn train station.

Case Details
Matt has no permanent address but would stay at his girlfriend's apartment in Berwyn when her parents weren't there.  He is known to frequent the K & A (Kensington/Allegheny) and Frankford sections of Philadelphia, Suburban Station and the Free Library in Center City and the library in East Town near Berwyn.
He is a trained carpenter and may be working in the construction trade.
