Hair Color: Red/Auburn with some gray
Eye Color: Blue
Distinguishing Characteristic: long scar on arm from dog bite (which arm is unknown)
Medical: wore a hearing aid, but it was located in his vehicle.
Clothing/Accessories: Navy blue jacket, silver watch, wedding band, gray smoke glasses with plastic frames.

DNA: Not Available

Case Details
Jay Burns was last seen by his wife on the morning of Wednesday, January 25, 1984 as he was leaving his home for work at the J&L Steel Mill just across the Ohio River in Aliquippa.  His vehicle, a blue 1974 Dodge sedan, was located with the engine running on a bridge in Rochester.  He has not been seen nor heard from since.
