Circumstances of Disappearance

Ms. Bowers was last seen at her residence on Bakers Watering Trough Road in East Berlin in the early morning hours of June 8, 1993. Her parents reported her missing after discovering that she had not reported to school.

There were some indications that Ms. Bowers was involved in a relationship and had mentioned to several friends that she would be running away to get married. She may possibly have headed for the southwestern United States. Ms. Bowers had promised to keep in contact with family and friends, however, she has not been heard from since June 8, 1993.
